By accessing or using the services provided by Gerby ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

Gerby provides software products and services for growing businesses, including work scheduling, sales prospecting and vehicle service operations. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

6. Payment Terms

Certain services may require payment. All fees are stated in the applicable pricing and are due in accordance with the billing terms presented at the time of purchase. You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all fees incurred.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gerby shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gerby and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms
